Wild Tropical 7 Day Horse Trek in the Caribbean, Costa Rica
We have just started our new Wild Tropical Trek!
7 days of pure adventure into the jungle and along untouched pristine beaches!
I wanted to combine something that would offer everything this beautiful area has to offer from the delta of the Rio Estrella, the National Park of Cahuita down to Manzanillo, the white sparkling beaches of Cocles & Playa Chiquita then to the Gandoca Refuge with its lagoons and up into the mountains and rain forest.
This Trek has it all!
Day long treks with our well kept and very happy horses. Most are ridden bitless and barefoot.
I also thought and asked myself, what would I want after a day's long trek of riding, exploring and swimming? A dip in a swimming pool with definitely a cold frosty cocktail!
A massage, yes! Definitely a massage. I can imagine myself lying in a tropical garden while being massaged, with the warm scent of ylang-ylang and jasmine in the air. That would be amazing!
Dinner. A really nice tropical dinner with Caribbean Jamaican flavours of coconut, curry and spices!
Then to end the night, I want to jump into a comfy bed (orthopaedic preferably) with lots of pillows to rest my weary head and muscles! Falling asleep to the sounds of the jungle night.
So this I found at the Magellan InnNow I figured, I have it all! So we put it all together and now I know we have something pretty amazing!
