For over a decade we've been doing one thing: teaching people to meet a horse honestly, and letting that meeting change them. Our approach, Equine Yoga & Aligned Horsemanship puts the horse's wellbeing and the human's awareness on equal ground. No domination, no performance. Just breath, presence, and the quiet feedback only a horse can give.
We run yoga teacher trainings, equine yoga certifications, retreats here on Costa Rica's Caribbean coast and abroad, and private healing sessions. Every path leads to the same place, back to yourself, a little more whole.
