Terry is a passionate equine yoga pioneer and teacher, blending her deep knowledge of horses with her expertise in yoga and metaphysical healing. From her childhood days volunteering at horse farms near Toronto to her extensive studies in horsemanship and equine therapy in Costa Rica, Terry has always been passionate about forging a profound bond with horses, one that respects and honors the horse’s nature. She has hosted and participated in numerous clinics on Natural Horsemanship, barefoot trimming, and equine therapy, and she developed the Equine Yoga Teacher Program to integrate equine wisdom with yoga practices.
Her approach, Aligned Horsemanship, combines holistic horsemanship with yoga to enhance the spiritual connection between humans and horses. Terry's teachings focus on self-compassion, openness to change, and creating a nurturing space for self-discovery and healing.

Johanna Holst is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and a dedicated horsewoman. With a rich background in dressage training and mounted archery honed in Sweden, Johanna brings a unique blend of equestrian skills and yoga expertise to her teaching. Her deep respect for nature, instilled by her biologist parents, led her to volunteer at horse farms worldwide, ultimately finding a home at Kindred Spirits. At Kindred Spirits, Johanna combines her love for yoga and horses, creating a nurturing space for students to explore the transformative power of both practices.
Yoga and horses have also lead to create her own style of mounted archery as form of empowerment the channels the ancient wisdom of the Tantric Goddesses.

YOGA TEACHER, DANCE THERAPY, EQUINE YOGA AND COACHING

Enrica’s drive to find a better path in life led to quit Advertising and go on a 5 year vision quest across the globe, learning from many powerful healers and teachers. This journey first took her to Kindred Spirits, where she completed the Equine Yoga program and co-led two Yoga Teacher Trainings with Terry. Following that, she delved into Dance Therapy through the 5 Rhythms Method. Back in Dubai, she completed the Marz Method program to become an Equine Healing Coach.
With all this experience, she returned to us, this time with her husband and dog, and added her first horse, Pai, to the Kindred Spirits herd. Now in Costa Rica, she has fulfilled her vision quest and continues to teach and heal others through yoga, dance, and equine therapy.

Adriana will guide us in a Kirtan ceremony by the fire, chanting sacred mantras and playing the Indian harmonium. She’s also available for Ayurveda consultations and massages.
Born and raised in Costa Rica, she has dedicated over 20 years of her life to sharing Yoga wisdom and promoting wellbeing through bodywork and energy work. She became a certified Ayurvedic Yoga massage therapist in 2011 and continued her studies to become an Ayurvedic therapist and lifestyle consultant in 2018. With degrees in Physiotherapy and Metaphysics, Adri combines the scientific and the subtle worlds in her teachings, personal practice, and work.
