Terry Newton, a certified 500h Yoga Teacher Trainer, Yoga Therapist (IAYT), Yin Yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner, combines yoga and equine wisdom for a transformative experience. With a background in the Art of Liberty and Natural Horsemanship, Terry guides participants in connecting with horses via breath and energy systems, fostering self-discovery and inner harmony. Canadian-born Terry, who found solace in Costa Rica's jungles in 1995, has created a sanctuary at her jungle farm for healing and growth. A single mother of two, Terry draws from her own journey of healing from trauma. She serves not just as a teacher, but as a compassionate mentor, empowering others to find peace, rediscover inner strength, and illuminate their path.

Enrica’s drive to find a better path in life led to quit Advertising and go on a 5 year vision quest across the globe, learning from many powerful healers and teachers. This journey first took her to Kindred Spirits, where she completed the Equine Yoga program and co-led two Yoga Teacher Trainings with Terry. Following that, she delved into Dance Therapy through the 5 Rhythms Method. Back in Dubai, she completed the Marz Method program to become an Equine Healing Coach.

With all this experience, she returned to us, this time with her husband and dog, and added her first horse, Pai, to the Kindred Spirits herd. Now in Costa Rica, she has fulfilled her vision quest and continues to teach and heal others through yoga, dance, and equine therapy.

Victoria, an English-Australian residing in Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica, is passionately dedicated to sharing the plant medicine of cacao. She aims to create a global ripple effect of healing and heart opening. Combining her love for horses and cacao, Victoria offers a range of transformative experiences, including Ceremonial Cacao Teacher Training, Crystal Bowl Sound Baths with horses, Power Animal Meditation Journeys, and Shamanic Reiki.

Johanna Holst is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and a dedicated horsewoman. With a rich background in dressage training and mounted archery honed in Sweden, Johanna brings a unique blend of equestrian skills and yoga expertise to her teaching. Her deep respect for nature, instilled by her biologist parents, led her to volunteer at horse farms worldwide, ultimately finding a home at Kindred Spirits. At Kindred Spirits, Johanna combines her love for yoga and horses, creating a nurturing space for students to explore the transformative power of both practices.

Yoga and horses have also lead to create her own style of mounted archery as form of empowerment the channels the ancient wisdom of the Tantric Goddesses.
