I'm Terry Lillian Newton, a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and metaphysical healer with over 20 years of experience. My life, like most, has taken me through some very dark abysses I thought I would never escape, but yoga, horses, and motherhood helped me out in ways that unveiled what love really looks like. Not toxic need and desire, but the pure, unconditional love we all crave deep down.
Through profound discovery and growth, I blend the ancient wisdom of yoga with the intuitive, healing presence of horses. Here on my blog, I invite you to join me as I share my thoughts on various topics close to my heart, as I continue on this path of healing.
From the transformative power of yoga and the deep bond between humans and horses to the nuances of metaphysical healing, ethical considerations in horsemanship, and reflections on life and world dynamics, this space will be a sanctuary for exploration and connection.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi, a horse enthusiast, or someone seeking a deeper understanding of the world and yourself, I hope my writings inspire and enrich your journey. Let's embark on this path of healing, growth, and discovery together.
With love and light,
Terry
